This policy explains what personal information Ali Wardhere collects through this website, why it is collected, and how it is handled. The site is intentionally lightweight and collects only what you choose to share.

Information I collect

I only receive information you submit through the site's forms:

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.
• Appointment requests: your name, email, optional organization, appointment type, preferred date, and any message.
• Newsletter: your email address (and name, if provided).

I do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and I do not sell or share your information with advertisers.

How I use it

• To reply to your message or confirm an appointment.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can opt out at any time).
• To understand, in aggregate, which content is useful, using only privacy-respecting, first-party measurement.

Service providers

A small number of trusted providers help operate the site. Your data is processed only to provide these functions:

• MongoDB Atlas: secure database hosting for form submissions and subscriptions.
• Email delivery (e.g. Resend or an SMTP provider): to send notifications and newsletter emails.

Data retention

Messages and appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain records, and are deleted on request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
• Access or deletethe information you've shared. Just ask.
